# Terms & Conditions

## 1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ordio Discord bot, website, and monthly subscription plans.

## 2. Service description

Ordio is a SaaS Discord bot that provides credits, automation, and server features based on the subscription plan connected to your Discord server.

## 3. Eligibility and authority

You represent that you are authorized to act for the Discord server you connect to Ordio and that you have authority to purchase or manage the selected subscription.

## 4. Monthly recurring plans

Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Paddle or Dodo Payments unless canceled. Prices are shown in **USD** at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, issuer fees, and local banking rules may affect the amount shown on your card statement.

## 5. Credits and features

Credits, quotas, and plan features are assigned per plan and are delivered through the Ordio bot. Credits do not have cash value, are not transferable unless required by law, and may reset or refresh according to the active billing period for the plan.

## 6. Payment verification

Plan upgrades are activated only after successful payment confirmation from the selected payment provider and successful server-side verification by Ordio. Attempts to bypass checkout, manipulate web requests, or fraudulently unlock paid access may result in suspension, cancellation, or permanent loss of access.

## 7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. For monthly recurring plans, refund requests must be made within **7 days of the initial purchase** and are limited to the **current billing period**.

## 8. Renewals, cancellations, failed payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. If a payment fails, is canceled, or is later refunded, Ordio may suspend, reduce, or remove paid credits and paid features for the affected server.

## 9. Acceptable use

You may not use Ordio for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, hateful conduct, malware, spam, or any activity that violates Discord policies or applicable law.

## 10. Service changes

We may modify features, plan packaging, pricing, limits, interfaces, or supporting infrastructure at any time. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

## 11. Availability

Ordio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

## 12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

## 13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ordio if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if payment is not successfully completed, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.

## 14. Governing consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
