# Refund Policy Last updated: March 25, 2026 ## 1. Scope This Refund Policy applies to monthly recurring Discord bot subscription plans sold for Ordio through Paddle or Dodo Payments. ## 2. Refund window Refund requests must be submitted within **7 days of the initial purchase** of the paid subscription. ## 3. Billing period limit Approved refunds are limited to the **current billing period only**. Renewals or prior billing periods are not refundable under this policy. ## 4. How plan access works Plan credits, usage limits, and premium features are granted per subscription plan and are delivered through the Ordio Discord bot for the connected server. ## 5. What happens after a refund If a refund is approved, Ordio may remove or reduce paid credits, paid features, and paid-plan access for the affected server for the refunded billing period. Access may revert to the Free plan. ## 6. How to request a refund You may submit a refund request from inside the Discord bot using the refund flow. Requests are marked as pending and reviewed manually. Final approval or decline is handled in the payment provider used for the purchase. ## 7. Non-refundable cases The following are not eligible for a refund: - Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase - Charges outside the current billing period - Free plans - Cases involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or material breach of the Terms & Conditions ## 8. Charge errors If you believe a charge was duplicated or processed in error, contact support immediately through the official Ordio Discord support server and include the server ID, transaction details, and purchase date. ## 9. Policy changes We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase governs that purchase unless local law requires otherwise.
